If for any goddamn reason you want to use your android phone’s camera as a webcam for your computer, then WO Webcam is for you. Here is what you need.
1. Android App on phone
Install the following apps from Android market:

Install the client program
How to use?
Now that you have the required installations done, here is the way to get it going.
On Android phone:
- Launch "WO Webcam" app
- Click "Settings" button to select the connection or transport method
- Other operations related to transport method:
- Click on "Start" button to start the service
On PC
- Launch "WO Webcam Client" program
- Select Connection -> Connect. The connection method should be same as you selected on phone. Other inputs:

Once you finished, click on Ok button.

When they are connected, you can select "WOWebcam" as the webcam source of your chatting tool. Some examples to do the setting:

Now your chatting partner should be able to see you!
Adjust orientation
The video may be of incorrect orienation. You can adjust that on client side:
Options -> Flip video
1. Flip horizontally: flip video horizontally
2. Flip vertically: flip video vertically
Options -> Rotate video
1. 0 degree: don't rotate video
2. 90 degrees: rotate video clockwise 90 degress
3. 180 degrees: rotate video clockwise 180 degress
4. 270 degrees: rotate video clockwise 270 degress
