We all know that Windows 7 Home Premium & Starter does not come with the so famous Aero feature. Aero is required for installing skin packs and many other great themes on your computer. So, if aero is not enabled, you cannot install them. Aero is only available for higher versions of Windows 7 . All you need to do is:
1. Uninstall Winreview's Personaliation Panel and Personalization panel DWM controller if they was installed.
2. Apply the patch. Your Windows will be rebooted. Just wait when it will be done
