How to Send Self-Destructing Messages
A lot of people are sceptical about their messages being read or stored for a longer time than required, or whatsoever. How about you write a message and it gets deleted after being read, just like that Mission Impossible movie thing – “This Message Will Self-Destruct”.
Here is how you do it, visit a web-based service (mentioned further below), write your message, click create link, send the link to people you want.
Here check out these two services:
1. PrivNote
- Create a note and get a link
- Copy the link and send it to whom you want to read the note
- The note will self-destruct after being read
Have you ever wanted to send confidential information within your work environment, to family or friends, but were afraid to do so over the internet, because some malicious hacker could be spying on you?
Privnote is a free web based service that allows you to send top secret notes over the internet. It's fast, easy, and requires no password or user registration at all.
Just write your note, and you'll get a link. Then you copy and paste that link into an email (or instant message) that you send to the person who you want to read the note. When that person clicks the link for the first time, they will see the note in their browser and the note will automatically self-destruct; which means no one (even that very same person) can read the note again. The link won't work anymore.
You can optionally choose to be notified when your note is read by leaving your email and a reference for the note.
2. OnesShares
Sending confidential information such as passwords, account information and other sensitive data in emails and IM is not necessarily safe. That data is typically stored with remnants of the bits in places you don't need it to be.
3. TMWSD (This Message Will Self Destruct)
TMWSD is a secure messaging service. Messages sent are encrypted, securely transferred, and automatically deleted when they are retrieved.

Skipping / Merging Windows 8 Start Screen With Desktop
Immersive Taille is a freeware portable app to customize Windows 8 Start Screen. It provides few predefined locations to directly start with.
Once you download this software, first go to the settings tab. By default Immersive Taille is not in English language, so change it to desired language. If you want the effects to be permanent, choose Immersive Taille to start with Windows. Automatic Shutdown can be selected, if you wish. The next tab to visit is Basic, as I said earlier you can select from top, bottom, left and right positions.
You can also Customize Windows 8 Start Screen and have it with the taskbar. To do this just select the last option i.e Full Screen + Taskbar.
Customize Windows 8 Start to appear on User Defined Position
You won’t have much fun using the predefined positions. So, I will recommend you to use your custom positions to enhance the visual experience. To achieve custom positions switch to Advanced Tab.
Position X and Y are the distance of Start Screen from the right and top. Height should be selected carefully else Tile visibility on Start Screen can be a problem. So with the values on the above image, my Start Screen appears as shown below.
After making the changes, make sure that you save them. Immersive Taille has an awesome interface and works well. It was tested on Windows 8 Pro 64 bit. So now Start Screen acts as a component of the desktop.

How to speed up a slow computer
First off in the bottom right hand corner of your computer if you see a lot of icons start up there when you first start your computer then this is for you if you don’t know already how to get rid of them.
Press your start button (bottom left) and go to "run"
Now type in: msconfig
Now you will get a box that pops up and will tell you bunch of stuff don’t mess with anything else other than what i tell you otherwise you could do something really bad (possible) go to your "startup" tab on the top right of the screen where it usually is and click it.
Now you will have a closed in box with bunch of filenames n addresses and more boxes with checks in them. Now if you’re like me you don’t want anything starting up when you start your computer up or while you’re even doing anything because it slows you down. Now unless you’re like me right now 1 have 1 thing starting up when my computer starts up and that’s my setting for my overclocked vid card. Other than that, uncheck every box and then hit apply and ok. Then window you were just in will now close and ask you if you want to restart or wait till later to restart.
Either way when you shut it off and then turn it back on the settings will kick in
